Signed Up but Can’t Access Endpoint
Currently, ConsenSys zkEVM has a waitlist, and new users are onboarded every day. Once your Infura account is granted access to ConsenSys zkEVM, you will automatically receive an email with your endpoint details.

Receiving "Rejected due to project ID settings" Error
You might've set up additional security rules in the "Security" tab of your Infura key, such as an allowlist for specific contract addresses or user agents. Disable these and try again. Read more about securing API keys.
Receiving “Can’t Get Balance if the System Is Not Ready” Error
This error can appear if your Infura account was not yet granted access to ConsenSys zkEVM. Once your Infura account is granted access to ConsenSys zkEVM, you will automatically receive an email with your endpoint details.

Receiving “Can’t Get Balance for Network 59140: Non-200 Status Code: ‘403’” Error
Your Infura account does not yet have access to ConsenSys zkEVM. After signing up for the private beta, you will automatically receive an email with your endpoint details once your Infura account has been added.
