How to resolve timeout issues

Experiencing timeout issues with Infura's IPFS service? Various issues could be at play. The following troubleshooting tips might help you to resolve this issue.

  • You might be getting rate-limited. Consider lowering the amount of (write) requests you're sending. More info about IPFS rate-limits.

  • You might be adding too many files at once or files that are too great in size. Consider uploading less objects at once, or sizing down the size of your files.
